Publicly available version of the new for 2021 Appian brand guidelines. I worked in consultation with internal stakeholders to write the tone of voice, style guide, writing do's and don'ts, and brand dictionary. This involved hours of workshops, interviews and rough drafts to pin down and articulate company core values, as well as working with design, marketing and product teams to reflect the new guidance visually. It's a process I've replicated with a number of clients in tech, financial services, and FinTech, helping them to secure their messaging through consistent guidance.
